The Keystone Community Task Force (KCTF) is the neighborhood association for Keystone. The task force hosts several community events every year. If you have a desire to help with kids activities, park cleanups, etc., this is where you belong! Contact numbers:

The Keystone Citizens Patrol (KCP) are the eyes and ears for the police department here in Keystone. Individuals who are involved with the KCP walk and drive Keystone while watching for suspicious activity. If suspicious or criminal activity is witnessed, they call the police. If you have an interest in crime prevention, KCP needs you! Contact numbers:
